1. About our service
NextStep Writers ("we", "us", "our") provides custom academic writing, research assistance, editing and data analysis services. All work is supplied as model work — reference material intended to support your own research and learning.
2. Who can use our services
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over, including students, researchers, academics and professionals. By placing an order you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. How orders work
- Inquiries are submitted via WhatsApp or our website calculator.
- A subject expert reviews your brief and provides a binding quote.
- You pay a 50% advance via EPS payment gateway to confirm your order.
- The remaining balance is due on delivery of the final work.
- Your order is assigned to a writer with relevant subject expertise.
4. Delivery and deadlines
Delivery timelines are agreed at the time of order confirmation. We will notify you promptly if any circumstances may affect your deadline. Milestone drafts are shared for longer projects at agreed intervals.
5. Revisions
Every order includes up to three free revision rounds, provided the revision requests fall within the original brief. Requests that materially change the scope, topic or length of the original brief may incur additional charges, which will be quoted before work begins.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all work product is assigned to you. We retain no rights to the work. We do not resell, publish or share any work created for a specific client.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information — including your identity, project brief, institution, data and any files you share — as strictly confidential. We will not disclose this information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use our services to produce content intended for fraudulent, defamatory, illegal or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the fees paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or academic outcomes arising from your use of the work we provide.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
